At Little Traditions & Co., LLC we take pride in thoughtfully curating each piece for your family. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for return

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Preorder items
  • Seasonal or holiday items
  • Accessories (including bows, socks, shoes, hats, etc.)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Final sale items are clearly marked at the time of purchase in accordance with Tennessee consumer disclosure requirements.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit will be delivered via email once the return is received and inspected
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Little Traditions & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages

Preorders

  • All preorder items are final sale
  • Estimated ship dates are provided for reference and may vary due to vendor production or shipping timelines

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly review and resolve the matter promptly.

Sales Tax Notice
