Shipping Policy

At Little Traditions & Co., we know how special it is to receive something chosen with love. We take great care in packing and preparing each order so it arrives safely—or is ready for pickup—beautifully.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Any updates will be clearly noted on our website or social media.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $150 (before tax and shipping).
Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup

We’re happy to offer local pickup for customers in our area.

  • Local pickup will appear as an option at checkout when available

  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2–5 business days for in-stock items

  • Local pickup timeframes for preorder items may vary and are dependent on when items arrive from our vendors

  • You will receive an email notification with pickup details once your order is ready

  • Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up

Pickup location details and instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.

Preorders

If your order includes preorder items, the entire order will be shipped or ready for pickup once all items are in stock, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Estimated ship or pickup dates for preorders may vary and are provided as a general guideline.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delivery Issues

Little Traditions & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier, including delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at littletraditionsco01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
